Compared with the control group, the operation time, postoperative landing time, and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shortened, and intraoperative blood loss was significantly reduced ( < 0.05). The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups and the changes in serum MMPs and OPG levels before and after treatment were analyzed. The patients in the observation group were treated with the proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nail. The elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of the femur admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were studied.
